The Dagbala Development Union, also known as Dagbala Empowerment Network Foundation, is an association of Dagbala indigenes. It was established in November 2023 and registered as a social organisation with the Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in February 2024.

DDU aims to achieve the following;
- To advocate for the Dagbala community in all matters affecting the health, social, economic, cultural, and educational well-being of the people and its environment.
- To promote and protect the environment by ensuring its development and sustainable use by people for their economic, social, recreational, and cultural activities.
- To foster, facilitate, and promote development activities that will enhance the environment and support the economic, social, cultural, and health advancement of the community
- To facilitate and foster education, human capacity, and skill development by supporting and guiding Dagbala indigenes, especially the youth, through suitable education and training schemes at various levels.
- To promote the physical, financial, and academic advancement of the people of Dagbala community through various activities
- To promote the social and economic advancement of Dagbala indigenes through Education, skill development, Health advocacy and promotion, development and support of the micro economy, Local business incubation, and support of businesses and startups of indigenous within and outside the community.
- To support and cooperate with the community leadership and any other Union(s), Public or Private Organization(s) to achieve the above aims and objectives.
- To monitor and support the activities of established schools, health centers, and other infrastructure in Dagbala to ensure their safety, functionality, and performance to the expected standard.

President
Dr. Victor E. Olori
There is no strong organization without a strong leader. Dr. Victor Olori is a born indigene of the Dagbala community. His passion drives him toward creating a sustainable environment. He is currently the president of the association.
Vice President
Mr Samuel Adeyeri
Mr Samuel Adeyeri is currently the vice president of DDU. He has been a supportive pillar from the very beginning of this noble organization. His advocacy has helped this organization achieve measurable success.
Secretary
Engr. Martin Ajulo
Mr Martin Ajulo has been a strong pillar and an advocate of this organization who has helped in documenting what the organization has done in the past, present, and what we are planning to do in the future.
Financial Secretary
Mr. Cecil Olorunda
Known for his integrity and attention to detail, Mr. Olorunda plays a key part in strengthening accountability within the union. He works closely with other executives to plan budgets, oversee contributions, and ensure funds are used efficiently to drive initiatives that benefit the people of Dagbala.

Mrs Rita Eriki (Nee Olori)
Mrs Rita Eriki is known for her diligence, transparency, and strong organizational skills, which contribute significantly to the smooth running of the union’s financial activities. Mrs. Eriki works collaboratively with other executives to maintain accurate financial records, monitor expenditures, and support the successful execution of community development projects.

Comr. Ojeh Ojishua
Mr. Ojeh Ojishua serves as the Secretary of the Dagbala Development Union, where he is responsible for the coordination of administrative activities and effective communication within the organization. In this role, he manages records, and ensures that decisions of the union are properly documented and implemented.
